Fun At Work Day

My research shows there are two different dates for “Fun At Work Day”. I obviously have chosen the 5th of April to celebrate.

Contrary to popular opinion you can have fun days at work, even if you work at a stereotypical stuffy place.

Here are a few activities to do –

1 - Make everyone address you by your pro-wrestling name. Use the pro wrestling Diva Name Generator and the Male Name Generator to find your Pro-Westler name. Mine's “Sister Chick”

2 - Put your trash can on your desk and label it “Inbox.”

3 - Have a paper airplane contest. Whoever's plane goes the farthest gets an extra 15 minute break.

4 - Bring in a board game and play it at lunch

5 - Conduct your own desk chair Olympics

6 - Bring in Trivial Pursuit cards and ask people questions. If they get it right they win a piece of candy.

7 – Have today's meetings out of the board room - at a park, picnic site or a bowling alley

8 - Have a scavenger hunt.
