Free candy ALERT for SoCal residents

My local grocery store had regular size candy bars (Snickers, M&M's, etc.) on sale 2/1.00.

I had 6 coupon for .50/2.  My store doubles, I got 12 candy bars for FREEEEEEE.  :-)

I don't get any kids on Halloween so I'll give them to my parents to give out.

Just a reminder......

Just wanted to remind everyone to also utilize your local drug store(s) for dinner items. The closer to the Holiday's the better the deal. I was able to get corn muffin mix for .10 a box, got 4 boxes. So I now have $29.60 left.

So, I was researching coupons and so forth on the web.  I was looking for pasta
coupons so we can have my boyfriend's absolutely fabulous Mac n' Cheese, soooooo good.   Anyway I came across Anthony's Pasta website, you register and they send an email.  Once you get the email click on the get coupon.  I was able to print 2.  My local store doubles coupons and happened to have Anthony's pasta on sale and I was able to get them for free, score!!!!  So, I still have $30.00 to spend.

Thanksgiving / Christmas dinner… yea food :-)

 Well, yes they both are just right around the corner.  I’m starting to shop for Thanksgiving/Christmas dinner.  I’ve got all my coupons ready and I’m on the look out for ALL the deals I can find.  My goal is to only spend $30.00 each for Thanksgiving and Christmas .  Are you all saying WHAT at the same time, hehehehe.  Remember, I said my GOAL.  I’ll update the blog 2 or 3 times a week and let everyone know how I’m doing and give some recipes and coupon saving tips.
