Today is National Chili Day. Yummy!! I love chili.
There is always contraversy about the way we make our chilli. We believe there is no room for chili beans in chili. ALL MEAT and seasonings. I can't tell you how many conversations we've had about this. We don't believe in any kind of fillers for chili.
My research takes me to Chuckwagon cooks who first made chili using the less tender cuts of beef like the beef brisket.
